• Help patients, their families and caregivers to access quality end of life care services in their communities.

How do we do this? We write books, develop educational tools and manuals, educate clinicians, hold workshops and provide mentorship to clinicians and caregivers working in end of life care.

We engage the community on social media sites, write articles on healthcare and end of life care issues, provide information and resources, consult and develop services and programs directed towards caring for the communities end of life care needs.

We Support

We are members of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and attend conference, present about important end of life care topics and develop educational initiatives in collaboration with leaders and clinician members.
