Consumer Reviews:
MAMAK says on Amazon.com:
As a hospice RN educator, this book has been a valuable resource. It is concise and has a wealth of information regarding documentation to eligibility and necessary hospice criteria. The section describing Local Coverage Determinations (LCD) has been especially helpful to nurses and physicians. It includes a wealth of assessment scales and tools applicable to the pediatric through geriatric patient. If I could have only one resource to use, this would be the one I would choose.
