Pricing and Availability
Pricing is subject to change at any time. Occasionally, products will be discounted while stocks last. Fulfillment of orders are subject to availability of the product ordered. Customers will not be charged in the event that the product ordered is not available. Charges will be applied once the product is available. Availability of products is determined by Practitioner Solutions and may be changed at any time.
Product Orders
Products may be ordered online or via telephone. Questions about specific products or orders may be directed to customer service at 212 517 1775. Orders shall be fulfilled within 2 business days from the day of the order. Confirmation will be sent via email of orders purchased online. Orders placed over the telephone will be shipped with a receipt. Receipts may be duplicated and requested by contacting customer service.
Shipping
Practitioner Solutions utilizes a number of carriers for shipping. Shipping charges may be subject ot change at any time. Shipping charges do not apply to products that are downloaded.
Return / Cancellation Policy

Social media services are NOT refundable. Practitioner Solutions will make every effort to resolve any concerns related to social media services within 30 days. Monthly payments may be pro-rated depending on the number of days left in the billing cycle. Contact customer service immediately if you have questions about social media services.
Online Purchases
Books & Manuals
Products purchased may be exchanged for alternate products available through Practitioner Solutions within 30 days of purchase. Store credit will be applied.
Downloaded Purchases
Products purchased that are downloaded are NOT refundable. Exchanges cannot be arranged. Please contact customer service at 212 517 1775 if you have further questions.
Credit Card Charges
All requests to negate fraudulent credic card charges are investigated by Practitioner Solutions. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.
